One owner. One place to prepare.
Make room for
the work ahead.
PersonalHub brings approved messages, meetings and next steps into a private daily workspace. It helps its owner prepare for conversations and keep track of commitments across connected accounts.
01 / Prepare
Meetings in context
An agenda, source references and meeting briefings bring useful context together. Notifications can provide a briefing 20 minutes before a meeting and the joining link 2 minutes before, once calendars and devices are configured.
02 / Follow through
Next steps with evidence
Eligible communications can produce follow-up suggestions with quoted evidence. The owner accepts or dismisses a suggestion before it becomes a task. A reply prompts review; it does not automatically mean the work is complete.
03 / Remember
Useful notes after a call
Optional recording on the owner's PC supports local transcription, summaries and task suggestions. Each recording requires a visible local confirmation and the correct audio source. Availability depends on the configured device and processing checks.
Connected with care
Access starts with permission.
Google connections request read-only access to Gmail messages, calendar events and calendar lists. A separate Google Drive connection requests account identification and read-only file access; the document worker processes only individually selected files.
Additional email, WhatsApp and local-file connections are enabled separately. Authorization alone does not start an import: source approval, privacy checks and a working local processor are also required.
Banking and investment material is outside the intended content boundary. Eligible operational information can be used after local review. Uncertain items remain at their source.
A private hybrid system
A server and the owner's PC.
The authenticated hub runs on a private server. The PC handles new-content review, WhatsApp connectivity and call capture. When the PC is off, those activities wait; the server can continue to show previously synchronized information and deliver already scheduled notifications.
Features are activated in stages. This public site describes the application and its data practices; it does not show account status, private content or a guarantee that every connection is active.
